Positive: Had a very nice stay for a week.It was very clean and tidy, comfortable. Good location everything you need is close by and the motorway is only a few minutes away. I'd definitely stay again.

Negative: Had nowhere to dry clothes indoors as it was raining. Could do with a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. I think these two things would make place perfect for a long stay

Positive: Had everything we required for our short stay. Everything was in good working order. It was surprisingly quiet despite there being an apartment above. The bed was comfortable and bathroom and linens clean. Was glad to have the little garden to sit in on a very hot evening even though it is not particularly attractive.

Negative: Slightly wobbly bedside tables. Not sure I wanted to rest a cup of tea on them!

The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I enjoyed how close it was to some lovely walking routes, which made it easy to unwind. It's also just a short drive to Portsmouth and other shopping options, so everything I needed was within easy reach. Highly recommended!
