Positive: Very spacious house with an amazing view of Rotorua lake. Location is good with a close 5 minute drive into town centre. Facilities are clean with the basic amenities provided which are very helpful.
Negative: Nothing major. A pity that the granny flat with 2 other bedroom is not directly connected but you have to go outside of the main house.

Positive: The location and view is incredible. Added to this, the open plan living made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. We loved this spot.
Negative: Only a couple of small things like: the coffee machine needed descaling; we had to CRC a few doors to stop them squeaking at night… nothing major and totally worth it.

Positive: The property was perfect for our stay, they supplied everything that we needed towels, bedding, first essential items for the toilet and kitchen. Very clean, we had Wifi supplied, laundry and spa and the sleepout accommodation was awesome. Highly recommend this property. Very easy access into the property and clear instructions. Made our stay an enjoyable one. Thank you

Positive: The views, the way it was set up that facilitated cosiness and great family interactions, the hot tub, the ease of entry, the facilities and overall general environment!
Negative: It was all lovely. Rain did come in through the window sill on the main bedroom but it was quickly looked at which was awesome and extra towels were given for it in the meantime - wonderful service!
Summary: Totally relaxing, magnificent views and the best home away from home as we explored the area. Would definitely stay agai

Positive: Well equipped lovely property, had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were a great addition also. Views were amazing
Negative: Parking, I really wouldn’t like to be there when it is raining with the parking situation. Unfortunate that a property that accommodates such a large group only has parking for the 1 vehicle. Not so bad in nice weather but a head ache with parking situation if it were raining with little ones or older people as there is it is street parking off a long driveway.

Positive: Loved absolutely everything. The space was great, huge house and outdoor area. The granny flat part was Perfect for us as we had 2 families. Beautiful views. Couldn't recommended this property anymore. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed at.
