Positive: The front desk person was polite, helpful and helped me through an error at my end. I was appreciative of his kindness and generosity. The area was close for the family.

Negative: For my aunt, space was limited, there wasn't enough room for her and her walker to walk through the room. The tv area was too close to the end of the beds. We managed and she enjoyed the nice bed. A suggestion, maybe, is to create one or two accessible rooms and bathrooms. She still loved the room, just not enough space for her and her walker.

Positive: Ideal location for our needs. Staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I liked that I could walk out our patio door to our parked car. And, there were several eateries within a couple of blocks.

Negative: Little things: we were provided with shampoo and conditioner, but no hand soap. And, the instant coffee provided was only of the decaffeinated variety.

Summary: We would stay here again.
