Positive: The apartment is spacious, clean, with a large living room, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. Fully equipped with everything you would need for a short or a longer stay. The location is also great, 10 minutes walk to the old center attractions, with supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. Great communication with the host.

Negative: The noise! The apartment is located on a main road that's very noisy until past midnight. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not it.

Positive: We spent 2 weeks in this apartment and loved it. Location is great, walking distance (12-15mins) to bus & train stations, 15mins walk to the Cathedral & old town area. About 30mins walk to Malagueta Beach (or take a bus from Avenida Andalucia). Lots of shopping nearby (Larios mall, Il Corte Ingles) plus a Lidl supermarket a few mins away. The apartment itself is spacious and very clean. Plenty of cupboard space for clothes. Comfortable beds, large sofa and big screen TV, plus table & chairs. Aircon worked well but we often just kept the windows open as it got a lovely breeze through. Very quiet area, apartment is on the 6th floor so you occasionally get some noise from trucks or buses etc on the road but the windows block most of that. Some renovations being done upstairs but that is only during daylight hours. Kitchen has a large fridge, cooktop and microwave so it's possible to cook a simple meal and eat in, otherwise there's plenty of restaurants nearby. Bathroom has been renovated and is a good size but no hooks etc to hang towels. Nice to have a washing machine, drying rack and small balcony. Host was very responsive with details of how to enter the apartment and willing to provide info/help if we needed it. If we are back in Malaga again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again.

Positive: We liked the location, the water, the elevator and the WiFi internet connection. We also liked the Nespresso coffee machine , the clothes washing machine and the fabulous refrigerator.

Negative: We did not like the lack of towel bars and hooks in the washroom. We thought that the microwave was too small. Some dishware could be added, like cereal bowls. There are no glass dishes for cooking food in the microwave; this matters as there is no oven. The furniture is a bit flimsy and cheap.

Summary: Great floor plan in a prime location, but it needs a bit more and better furnishings.

Positive: The apartment is really comfortable, clean and cosy. The location is excelent, 10 minutes walk to the center. You can find everything nearby - supermarkets, mall, cafes, restaurants, metro station. The bus station is in front of the building. Many thanks to the host for disponibility and help! We really enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Great apartment in an excellent location. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has everything you need like fast internet, a dishwasher and nespresso machine. It has a small balcony to have your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening on. The old city center is within walking distance. The trainstation and busstops are also closeby.
