Positive: From the moment we arrived at Hotel Arkan Al Barzah, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and a level of care that truly set the tone for our stay. The reception was seamless, the staff attentive, and every interaction reflected a genuine willingness to serve. Our room was exquisite - elegantly appointed and incredibly comfortable. We had one of our best nights of rest in all of Oman. What stood out most, though, was the exceptional service after we’d checked out. I had forgotten a dress and bikini in the room, and the staff went above and beyond to organize a courier and ensure the items reached my final destination before I flew out of the country. Their thoughtfulness and follow-through made a lasting impression. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A true gem.

Negative: Everything was perfect. Perhaps a few more utensils and plates in the kitchen would have been welcome.

Positive: The rooms are a good size, comfortable and very clean. Staff are super friendly (Muhammed in the cafe was especially helpful) Great value for money.

Negative: One small thing - plug sockets next to the bed would be useful.
