Summary: There is extensive work being done in all the communal areas and some blocks of rooms. The main pool is out of use and the others are being closed next. The walkway to the beach has all been ripped up and there is a lot of noise from the room refurbishments. On top of this the pool bar is closed and the restaurant has removed half of the menu items. It’s like they are running on basics. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I would not stop here if you want a relaxing holiday for the next few months. I understand that it needs doing (they have let the place get run down - especially the pool area) but they are now tackling too much at once. It’s like a building site. The food we had in the Beach restaurant was nice but the staff struggled to understand us and I got my starter of my main after requesting my starter 3 times. There are much better 4 star hotels in the area.

Summary: Very nice room with pool view and two double beds. Perfect when travelling with small kids and the hotel has elevator! The pool area is great with various options and the beach is really nice too (but busy!).

Summary: If you don't like cigarette smoke this is not the place for you. People are smoking all around the pools and public spaces. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Food okay. Access to the beach is very nice! Probably wouldn't recommend this place based on the public smoking. They should have a designated smoking space near the street so other guests don't suffer.

Summary: This hotel is absolutely beautiful and you'll notice as soon you enter the lobby. There were multiple pools and amenities to relax around. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of options and I like how the options rotate daily. We took a day in Phuket just to enjoy the hotels and shops nearby. The gym and the free workout classes were both great pluses.

Summary: Good hotel and overall experience but room cleaning little lazy. Doesn’t change sheets at all unless you go to the info and ask specifically for that. Breakfast super good and lots of different options. Odd rule was that you can’t bring your own food to the hotel room but they didn’t complain if we had stuff from 7/11 there.
