Positive: Quiet location. Walking distance to castle. Excellent restaurant facilities. Rooms were authentic and luxury linens and fireplace in room.

Negative: The mosque tower is next door. Ask for earplugs as call to prayer is 6:30am. Icy conditions on steps but hotel did great job trying to salt everywhere.

Positive: Service was amazing, Durmus at Nahita's breakfast was amazing, our checking with Sema and the hotel tour were wonderful, the whole staff at the spa and gym were exceptional. I could not recommend this hotel more, I would come back every year, we had beautiful and unforgettable experiences at the balloon, the jeep safari and the Turkish bath, the team at the hotel where a big part of this, they were so helpful and made our stay perfect.
