Positive: Mak and her staff have been an excellent host. We contacted her before our arrival, she arranged all our tours and logistics as well as restaurant recommendations and reservations. The view from the breakfast room is simply incredible. The Cave rooms are unique and the receptionist was so kind and willing. Thank you Mak and Staff for everything. We had read it was incredible, and it was. It is unique, in every detail.

Negative: I could say a draw back is that large cars (People carriers) could not get down to the House door, but Mak and her staff helped us with their private car to get up the hill to meet our transport to and fro the airport with all ur lugagge.

Summary: Incredible!!!!!! just as I had read/seen on different platforms.

Negative: We stayed in an original cave room which sometimes just got a little muggy but you wouldn’t expect anything less. Staff would always leave the fan going throughout the day also which was good.
