Positive: The hotel was stylish, Mariah the receptionist responded to my message promptly and was friendly and helpful when we met in person

Negative: The only issue we had was that we arrived after check in had closed, we had instructions but didn't know where the night entrance was located. It's actually along the street by the side of the hotel

Positive: Breakfast was included, and nice. The night staff, and front desk where pleasant and helpful. The room faced west, which is nice since it does not have morning sun. We both did, however, wake up feeling like rhomboids.

Negative: My partner and I shared a double bed for one night in this place, before heading on to attend a festival where the intention was to camp in a tent. We have a combined mass of around 160 kg, this bed did not shift a cm with both of us on it. It was so utterly unyielding. Tonight we slept on the actual ground, and the only difference is that there's no on-suite bathroom in the tent.
