Positive: The hotel was nice and cozy. The staff were amazing and it had a great location. We had a small issue with the room and they changed it instantly

Negative: It was a bit expensive but may be due to the location. The room was a bit small

Positive: The personell are excellent. So genuine, accommodating, and friendly. The location is right in the middle of town. The price is reasonable. The style is old fashioned and comfortable.

Negative: There were 2 minor inconveniences. First, the TV did not work. Fortunately, we didn't need it. Two, the bathroom floor was cold. The room was however warm. Another issue, far beyond the hotels control was that the city was completely renovating the street and water pipes right outside the hotel. Fortunately, the city did not work on the weekend.

Positive: I have been coming here for 16 years. You are always greeted with a smile from the ladies who run the hotel. Location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast has always been great.

Negative: It can be a little difficult to park the car in the hotel car park. Though thats a fact of old buildings.
