Positive: Beautiful Villa in a perfect location. Comfortable and an excellent service provided by the Host. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious. Everything you need on one level. Kitchen facilities were excellent and the welcome pack.of bread, milk water etc was a lovely surprise and great for a late arrival. Pool was beautiful and well maintained.
Negative: Steps up to the roof terrace could have a better hand rail. Be careful of all of the glass patio doors

Positive: This was the best Villa I have stayed in. Everything was fresh and clean, super welcome package and constant mails to check we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was cleaned midway in our week with lots of fresh towels. Lots of very comfortable sun lounges and different areas to sit. We had one person with walking difficulties , but as you are so near the main strip she had no problems getting to the shops and restaurants.

Positive: Loved everything the location was perfect a stones throw from the beach the strip and spar shop villa had everything u could possibly think of for a relaxing and luxurious holiday the rooftop terrace was unbelievable I could sit there all day looking at the views we had the best holiday ever can't wait to go back

Positive: So much we loved about our stay , it really is an exceptional villa in the perfect location. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival and seamless check in . The facilities are excellent , decor is beautiful , pool and amenities are fantastic but the hot tub was a favourite . Our host Alejandro was extremely helpful, always on hand but never imposing . Would unreservedly highly recommend Areca .
