Summary: This is our 3rd visit to this hotel visiting from the U.K. Will always stay here when visiting Witten. Staff are excellent.

Summary: It's easy to find and to park. Hotel has typical German interior, badroom looked renewed and was with a good shower. Rooms are quite and breakfast had all including a good and quick service

Summary: Pleasant hotel with excellent service Spent a couple of nights - room and facilities were functional practical and clean, quiet rooms. Breakfast enjoyable - the breakfast service was good, courteous and helpful. The service level was excellent as I speak only a little German. I managed to lose a set of house keys - after an initial call the hotel did call back to say they had not found them. I was very pleased and surprised to receive an email the following day from the hotel with a photo of the lost keys found in the car park - the hotel has forwarded free of charge - well done and thank you very much

Summary: It was my birthday on Monday and the hotel gave me a beautiful surprise birthday cake and a reserved talk. Now that is customer service at its highest. Thank you to all the staff at the Ardey Hotel.
