Summary: Wonderful apartment in a great location and fantastic views of the area. Hosts Javier and Rosario are friendly, helpful and responsive and clearly take great pride in their properties. The roof terrace is beautiful and the pool is perfect. All of the facilities in Frigiliana are within a short walk. Perfect!!

Summary: I feel everything I say will fully reflect the views of the previous reviewer who captured everything we felt. The property is fantastic, clean, cosy and a beautiful patio space with various different spaces to enjoy at different times of the day, along with the fine plunge pool. Our welcome could not have been bettered and I plagiarise once more help with parking our car -secure parking but certainly couldn't have done it without Javier, the welcome pack was comprehensive and we wanted for absolutely nothing during our stay. We relaxed, we enjoyed and could very comfortably say we did feel we were in 'our home from home'. I think you'll gather from all this Javier and Rosario are the best of hosts and a joy to be around. I hope we will be back we loved everything.

Summary: Our stay was absolutely outstanding. Not only was Javier an amazing host, but he was so helpful and kind too. He gave us so many tips and recommendations throughout our trip and is always available if you need to call him for anything at all. The villa itself was pristine and just beautiful. It is very private and perfect for couples wanting to get away. It is in an amazing location a short walk into the main square and a very short distance to restaurants bars and little shops. Our stay was perfect and we will be returning in the future for sure. Once again they were amazing hosts, they had everything in pristine condition and never disturbed and only contacted us if necessary or to give us recommendations. Perfect location, perfect house, perfect hosts.

Summary: We have been visiting this villa for 8 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. The house is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. It is spotlessly clean with quality furnishings and decor. The kitchen has all the appliances you need as well as a great variety of utensils. Javier and Rosario leave a fabulous welcome pack which is second to none. Linen and towels, including pool towels are changed weekly. The terrace is fantastic with a plunge pool, bbq, lovely comfy furniture and a brand new pagoda to shade you from the heat of the day. The views are amazing looking over the rooftops and across the valley in front and the gorgeous hills to the rear. The attention to detail Javier and Rosario give to this house shows how much they care and are always happy to help out with anything you want. The best hosts a holiday maker could have. The house is in an ideal position within walking distance to all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the beautiful picturesque whitewashed village. A truly brilliant house.

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing break. I agree with all the other reviewers - Rosario and Javier are so warm and welcoming and considering that they live downstairs, they were never intrusive; just there when needed. The apartment is comfortable and the terrace is just lovely, filled with scented potted plants and you could just sit and stare at the view for days. It is spotlessly clean and tidy, and the welcome pack is more than generous. We have already booked for next year, it was that perfect.

Summary: My wife and i have just returned from a week at this amazing villa. We had a great time, in no small measure due to the beautiful accommodation and the friendliness of the owners Javier and Rosario. It is ideal for two people with plenty of internal space, and the most fantastic balcony that overlooks the whole of the town and across towards Nerja and the sea in the distance. Javier and Rosario provided a good welcome pack, certainly enough to take you through your first day or so. Ditto to all the other reviewers comments. We did have a bit of rain on a couple of the days and although we are not normally too bothered about having a TV, we found it very welcome to have all the UK satellite TV channels . There are lots of good restaurants and a couple of bars, but this is a quite town, especially early season, and is probably not the place to be if you are a party animal (It may have been a bit quite for our two children in their early 20s). The town is beautifully maintained and we never tired of ambling around the cobbled streets. Please be warned that there are some steep climbs and this is not a place to come if you are not fully mobile. Some good walks that for all levels that start in the town centre and a map can be bought for a couple of euros in the information office. We used trip advisor to identify places to eat and should perhaps have spoken to Javier when we first arrived as he was able to point towards some of his favourites.

Summary: This really is a little gem. In the heat of the mid day sun and with the windows open there's no need to crank up the air con. The terrace is private with views of the surrounding hills draped in citrus groves and avocado trees. The splash pool is invitingly seductive and the scent of jasmine on an evening is intoxicating. Javier and Rosario, thank you.
