Beautiful architect's house from 2012 in Morlàas, a town in the heart of the South West, located on the Camino de Santiago routes, appreciated for its quality of life and its gastronomy, In Béarn, between Bigorre and the Basque Country . The house is 10 minutes from Pau, in a quiet residential area. From the house, you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees.
The house is 232m ~. 8 beds and possibility of 2 additional beds with the sofa bed in the hallway upstairs but it is a space that does not have blackout at the windows. It consists of 3 bedrooms (2 are on the ground floor and 1 upstairs). One of the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor can accommodate 4 people (2 single beds and 1 double bunk bed). There are also 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and one with a bathtub. 3WC.
It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room and the dining room (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, electric kettle and senseo coffee maker, fryer, centrifuge).
