Positive: Great location, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: The room I booked was quite small. For me personally it didn’t really matter, because I was on my own. However, if you’re traveling as a couple, I can imagine it gets a bit crammed. There is also no fridge in the room. However: they do have a water dispenser in the lobby that dispenses cool water, so this was not a big deal.

Positive: A beautiful property, full of character right in centre of the Fort. The staff were just wonderful, incredibly helpful and friendly. They even invited us into the kitchen to show us how traditional hoppers were made. They were able to make my hoppers for breakfast without gluten, using a different flour mix. The breakfast was excellent. They told us which beach to go for swimming with turtles and it was a truly wonderful experience. Thank so much for making our stay in Galle even more special!
