Summary: A charming property in an idyllic location. Spa and restaurant teams very hospitable and welcoming. Concierge very friendly. Pool was cold, hot tub barely warm- these facilities could be improved since the location isn't really close to anything so you want to be able to enjoy the property. Our first room was great. Unfortunately, the 2nd morning there was a leak in the roof. The moved us into a significantly upgraded room, which was nice, except that night we discovered bugs were somehow getting in and the room was swarming with little gnats and a big hornet. When we asked to move again, the experience/service wasn't great- excuses were made, they tried to talk us into waiting while the room was cleaned, even after we showed them pics of every surface swarming with 100's of bugs. It was a great inconvenience, kind of ruined our last night when we were exhausted after a full day tour. I was disappointed the last day wasn't comped or at least substantially discounted since it really wasn't a great last night. The first 2 nights were ok though, room was as advertised.

Summary: Everything was perfect! Staff was really nice, specially Lucia who asked everyday if we needed something and was ready to recommend activities. The room was so complete and clean. The maintenance was really good. The best part of all was the spa which made our experience perfect.

Summary: Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way.

Summary: Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.
