Positive: the owners are super friendly people and that is always important and adds value to a nice holiday! They drove me around for a fair price and also did my laundry for an even better price. The location is of course good as well, as you are in the center of the town.

Negative: its great to be in the center of town, but its also very noisy: Barking dogs, non-stop traffic, loud people... I did not sleep very well because of the noise. Another thing; its extremely overpriced for what you get: A tiny room with a shared bathroom with no hot water for a shower.... that should never be a 100 dollars per night.

Summary: Lovely owners and central location, but also noisy and very overpriced.

Positive: Perfect location for our quick stay in Hopkins: right next to a beautiful beach with multiple places to eat or drink. Lovely, safe neighborhood, even moreso thanks to the locked parking area and locked private bedroom. Host was kind and courteous. Exactly what we were looking for!

Positive: Amazingly friendly owner who takes great pride in the place. Spotlessly clean, all new, good quality fittings. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent location, a few blocks up from the junction road and one from the beach. Overall the positives outweigh the negative points.

Negative: Rooms are small, road side ones can be a bit noisy. The smallest room, the internal one, is quiet. Shared bathrooms which I hadn't noticed while booking. It's quite expensive for what it is but Hopkins isn't cheap!
