Positive: The view. The location, close to downtown and train station. Host had someone meeting us at the arrival time. This helped since the building is not easy to access. The kitchen is functional but could use more pots for cooking. Nice apartment overall.

Negative: The surrounding area, dirty with garbage and lots of noise at night. Also, the stairs we had to climb should be mentioned as some people with mobility issues might not be able to go upstairs. My dad had an issue with these stairs.

Positive: Everything was as promised on the photos. Staff was very friendly, especially Reda, who helped us with heavy baggage and to accommodate. As he was saying, the staff was 24/7 on WhatsApp so everything we needed - we would write and it would be done. But nothing was wrong. Accomodation has very nice sea/city view, and you are basically paying for "penthouse"! 😀 It also has nice kitchen for cooking. Everything is near, because you are basically living in the center near Graeco-roman museum and the sea.

Negative: I cannot think of any negative thing.

Positive: The staff were very helpful. We dropped our keys early because we thought we were going to be able to Uber to Cairo that evening, but that didn't work out. The staff allowed us to get the keys back so we could spend the night there and helped us book a ride to the Cairo airport very early the next morning.

Negative: The towels were not dry all the way by the time we needed them, and the mattress was hard.

Positive: The location is superb, all the sites to see were in walking distance with a wonderful view of the bay. The apartment was comfortable and quiet with everything you needed.
