This exquisite and secluded waterfront property on 4.5 acres is minutes from the historic Gay Head cliffs and lighthouse and features a private path to a quiet beach. The house is spacious and modern, with 4 bedrooms opening onto large decks overlooking the water with a full view of the Elizabeth Islands, Vineyard Sound and spectacular sunsets, and a fifth bedroom with one full bed. You may decide to spend most of your time lounging on the comfortable outdoor furniture on the deck, drinking a glass of wine (or your preferred drink) and watching the sun set into the water.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area comfortably seats 12. The house is close to the beautiful Philbin Beach and the unique clay cliffs, and to Menemsha Pond, which is ideal for clamming, sailing, and is safe for toddlers and small children who delight in exploring its warm shallow water.

Summary: This is our third year. The host is gracious and the house is very welcoming.Neat and tidy. Wonderful location with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This year the Aurora borealis gave us an experience words can not describe. We wondered if the host was responsible for this show. You know it is special when the adults not the children ask if we can stay longer.Would highly recommend this lovely home as a place to stay.

Summary: Location location location. Dramatic views.Great private beach. The house was clean and comfy. Any questions(which were few) were answered promptly by the host. Hope to come back to same property next year

Summary: This trip was a girls trip for myself and my best friend of 35 years, and my 25 year old daughter and her best friend. This being our first trip to MV we really just guessed where to stay. Aquinnah was the perfect choice for a quiet and restful vacation. This home was absolutely LOVELY! The photos shown... like trying to capture a photo of a magnificent sunset... do not do this home justice. The view is unbeatable. The home beautiful , comfortable and perfectly designed to provide shared as well as private space. It was a wonderful and peaceful home base after exploring more populated and tourist parts of the island . None of us wanted to leave! And... We are already talking about making it an annual get together!

Summary: We had a spectacular week. Beautiful views from everywhere in the house, private beach is an unexpected bonus, and house has everything you want/need. Aquinnah is the perfect spot to relax and get away. We will certainly be back!

Summary: There are so many amazing things I can say about this home- it is so spacious and comfortable- an amazing place to make memories. Every bedroom but one has an amazing ocean front view. Judy is a lovely host, the home has everything you need for a decadent vacation. My absolute favorite part was waking up every morning after sleeping under the most comfortable sheets to an ocean front view complete with seals and sandpipers. I highly recommend this home.

Summary: This is a wonderful home with breathtaking views. Everything was perfect - a gorgeous big living room that opens into a big deck overlooking the water. Wonderful kitchen. A short walk to a quiet beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
