Negative: No coffees maker. Kitchen pots and pans could do with an upgrade. Otherwise well equipped.

Positive: Clean, bright, comfortable, fairly spacious for a two-bedroom unit, relatively quiet (other than the very occasional plane from the airport - no noise from the Aquarius complex itself at all), well-appointed in the kitchen and laundry space, lovely views over Merimbula Lake, nice amenities (including pool and BBQ area), could walk to Merimbula shops if needed, great information about the property left by owners (QR code).
