Positive: I loved that the property was located in the center of downtown by all the stores, restaurants, and bars. It was close to the harbor as well. It was quiet. The owner was amazing and responded quickly if we had a question. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our week stay.

Negative: No complaints!

Positive: The room is as advertised. Large with well appointed kitchenette, comfortable bed, good quality WiFi and everything else needed (except an umbrella). It’s located on the central town square. The room is on the second floor above the restaurant.

Negative: Reservation included breakfast but the owner/manager did only provide it for the first of four mornings. Also, he runs the restaurant on the first floor which opens at 10am. Listing is inconsistent with service provided. The noise from the restaurant can be loud until it closes.

Summary: Convenient downtown location. Breakfast not provided.

Positive: Central location, walking distance from the ferry terminal (ferry from the mainland), washer and dryer are available for extra charge, restaurant available downstairs (same owner), the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Negative: A lot of noisy homeless in the immediately adjacent parking lot, need more kitchen items (pots, frying pans), the cancellation policy is very strict and there are no waivers even for unforeseen circumstances (ferry cancellation due to storm) - which was a disappointment.

Positive: Location is perfect for town and doing errands. For being over a business it was a quiet place.

Negative: Safety alert- small children especially. Hot water is scalding and when you THINK you are turning the hot water off in the shower you are turning it full blast. Serious concern! Also the kitchen is also backwards. Please repair ASAP. OTHERWISE WE LOVED THE PLACE.
