Summary: The motel was old and loud, but the location was across from the parking lot of the Boardwalk which was amazing. It was ok overall. The room did not have a safe which I would have felt better about.

Summary: The hotel guests literally smoke in front of your door and window and the staff is oblivious to this issue! The AC unit is so laid when working, it literally give you migraine headaches! The water pressure is very bad! All this and more and they charge pretty good amount! Except the location of this place which is literally at the Beach Boardwalk; everything is 1 or 2 star!

Summary: The stay was good. Nice rooms. The only issue we had was that we paid ahead of time to extend our check-out time to 1pm, and this information was not passed along to the cleaning person. She was visibly upset that we were not out of our room at 11am. I had to go down to the office to get the check-out time confirmed. Once confirmed that we had paid for a check-out time of 1pm, the cleaning person walked away (again, visibly upset) that she could not clean the room at 11am. This was not a big deal on my end but could have been avoided had this information been properly communicated.
