Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Crete! Everything was perfect, the place was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The pool area was amazing and a great spot to relax during the day. A special thank you to Despina, our host, who made our stay truly exceptional. She was incredibly kind, always ready to help, and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

Positive: This was our first time visiting Crete, and from the moment we arrived at Aqua Blu, we were absolutely thrilled. The hotel is stunning — aesthetically beautiful, peaceful, and located in a quiet area that gave us the perfect opportunity to truly relax without any outside noise. Even though there were other guests, the atmosphere around the pool and bar was always calm and serene, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were warmly greeted by Marko, who is such a lovely and genuine person. He was always available to help, a pleasure to chat with, and gave us fantastic recommendations for authentic Greek restaurants in the area. Veneta and Nikos, the owners, are incredibly kind and welcoming — they do an amazing job running this hotel and make you feel right at home. The rooms are wonderful — beautifully designed, spotless, and full of thoughtful details. And let us tell you… the bed is the BEST we have ever slept in! The mattress and pillows were unbelievably comfortable — we had the best sleeps of our lives. The breakfast options in this hotel are perfect, they have a wide variety of options and every breakfast meal we had was delicious. During the day, Eleni took great care of us around the pool. She was always smiling, friendly, and an absolute delight to talk to. On top of that, she’s an amazing cook! The food at Aqua Blu is exceptional — every meal tasted like it came from a 5-star restaurant. We especially recommend the burger and chicken club sandwich — both were delicious! A special thank you also goes to the cleaners, Maria and Depy, for keeping our room spotless every single day. Me and Sonny absolutely love this hotel and are already planning our next trip back next year. The location in Agkisaras is perfect — just a short walk to several beaches and a quick taxi ride to Hersonissos and the Old Town. We were thrilled with our entire trip and truly believe that the wonderful people at Aqua Blu made our holiday even more special.

Positive: If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and feel looked after, this is the place! A short walk away from the beach, bars and shops. Its a super quiet place that feels like a slice of paradise. The staff are so warm and friendly and we’ve never been anywhere so immaculately clean and with such a comfy bed. It’s a real gem! We feel really lucky to have found this place. The breakfast was always wonderful, a really nice moment of every day.
