Summary: We really liked the location- close to the City centre, beaches, and with direct access to the cliffside walks right from your back door. The unit was very clean. The east facing front patio was great for morning coffee while the spacious backyard sitting area was great for the afternoon sun. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture and beds were quite comfortable. We really appreciated the weekly cleaning service that was included. Communication with the property manager was very good. Unfortunately, contrary to what the listing says, there is no electric clothes dryer and we couldn't get access to the underground parking space because the owner would not provide the remote for the garage door. Be forewarned- you will hear some minor noise from the upstairs tenants- scraping of chairs, voices and such. On the whole, a very nice unit and we would recommend.

Summary: The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The property was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor spaces were comfortable and relaxing, morning sun on the front deck and afternoon sun in the rear. We had a lovely stay.
