Summary: Perfectly situated in Berlin near checkpoint Charlie, plenty of space for our family of 4. Modern kitchen appliances, plenty of hot water in the shower. Clean and safe. Recommend!

Summary: Lovely apartment, well appointed, very clean and spacious. Excellent location and very effective air conditioning (which given temperature in August was very necessary). Would highly recommend. Only downside was difficulty getting into apartment and key lock didn’t work with code provided and struggled to contact owner which left us stranded for a while. Once new code provided, all fine.

Summary: This properties fantastic and the owners are super-responsive. All of the appliances are new and clean, and the location is great. Plenty of room for 4+ people. A few notes: 1-it is 2.5 floors up and there is no elevator. Keep that in mind. 2-the layout is awkward. There’s one BR separated by the living are, then another BR then 2 adjacent bathrooms. Not terrible, just unusual. 3-check-in seems more complicated that I have experienced before. This may be Germany or Berlin. Not tragic, just klunky. Despite these small things, it’s a 4.5-5 stars. 9.4 stars makes sense to me…great job and kudos to owners.

Summary: The apartment was exactly as advertised, spacious, quiet, beautifully appointed and well furnished. Easy communications with owners, easy check-in and check-out. Great location, easy to get everywhere.

Summary: My family of four very much enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was impeccably clean and very spacious. The location is great, very close to a grocery store, parks (my kids enjoyed the playground with a zipline a couple blocks away), two U Bahn stops, and many other amenities. I highly reccommend!
