This 400 sqm former mill seemingly stuck in time is in a peaceful bucolic setting on the banks of a river with a waterfall nestled in a little valley between Apt and Bonnieux in the sought-after Luberon area.
Cocooned in leafy greenery and pleasantly cool even in high summer, the mill oozing with period character is set in 10 hectares of grounds including 2 hectares of landscaped gardens and a private 3.5 km fitness trail, and featuring a secure 16 x 6 metre swimming pool (alarm, barriers) and a well-fitted pool house set apart from the main house.
The gardens also benefit from numerous fitted shady terraces, a boules pitch, table football and ping pong tables.
