Positive: Property was clean and close to the city center. Multiple parking areas are close to the apartment. The host left a welcoming gift which we enjoyed and told us a lot about the region and his recommondation. The apartment is spacious and charming and perfect for 2 couples or a family.

Negative: The apartment is located on a third floor with no elevator. Pillows on the beds were very hard and not very comfortable.

Positive: Christian met us at the entrance and showed us around the apartment.. Don't be deceived by the rather tatty staircsse on the way up. the apartment is as as good as described on the app. There was a welcome tray of bread olives saucisson jam and othe niceties, there was juice and wine and milk in the fridge. Much appreciated as we were tired and happy not to have to go out to the shops. The apartment was warm and spacious and comfortable and really well equipped. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Positive: Location was great, central to Apt, not far from grocery store. Christian, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was very spacious, modern, nicely decorated, and we were quite pleasantly surprised when we entered.

Negative: There could be an improvement in identifying the actual apartment. The person to leave the keys was not there when we arrived (we were a bit late as we were travelling by bicycle) and we were not sure we were in the correct place. Also, the initial appearance of the building wasn’t great - not very clean entrance and a bit decrepit stairway to our suite. I do understand it was an old building and there were other tenants in a cooperative there that should likely have taken more care in making the entranceway and stairs cleaner. This was not a reflection of the apartment itself - it was spotless.

Positive: We definitely made the right choice when we booked Le Petit Delphia for our five nights in Apt. The apartment met and exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, stylish, practical... An excellent kitchen combined with a charming outdoor space meant we could sit outside and enjoy home-made meals with produce bought at Apt's Saturday market. Very pleasant on the warm evenings! Excellent central location with shops and restaurants round every corner. Yet so quiet! Christian made us feel very welcome and he quickly replied to any questions we had. He had also kindly bought us some items for our first evening and breakfast. A very thoughtful touch. The perfect base for exploring the local area, which we did by bike. Highly recommend!
