Summary: Charles was an excellent host who addressed any issues we had immediately. The location was not right on the lake but was just a short walking distance. April Sound has many amenities including large pools, hot tub, golf and tennis courts.The condo was clean and comfortable but could use some updates but overall was functional and met our needs. Thanks Charles!

Summary: We stayed for a month while waiting to finalize the purchase of our new home. We are new to the area, and the condo in April Sound was the perfect location for us to get to know the area, and be close to the restaurants and shops. The condo was as advertised with a large open plan with a nice big kitchen, with full size laundry equipment. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large.
