Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was spotless when we arrived and the owners had thoughtfully left us a welcome package of tea and biscuits and Easter eggs for our children. The kitchen has so much equipment, complete with air fryer and even an ice machine. The lounge area was inviting and a pleasure to relax in. The beds were comfortable. My personal favourite was the airer in the bathroom for towels. A great idea, compact and space saving. The location is fantastic, direct access to dog walking areas and the Tissington Trail and a 10 minute drive to Ashbourne (for supplies) and Dovedale for an amazing walk.

Negative: We loved everything about the property and would happily stay again.

Summary: A wonderful short break. Would highly recommend and we definitely hope to return again soon.
