Positive: Very beautifully furnished and also very comfortable. We had everything we needed and the flat made us feel almost like Parisians. Location is excellent - we hadn’t stayed in 11th arrondissement before and were very impressed with cafes, transport links, general feel of the place, and Marais is within a few minutes’ walk.

Positive: Excellent location between 02 subway stations , restaurants and opera Bastille . The apartment is well lid with a nice decor, comfortable and beautiful view of the chimney ( very Parisian) We gave everything we need for a nice breakfast or dinner feeling local going to a Bolangerie or Charcuterie . Zoe the lady is vey attentive and response immediately. We have a nice sojourn.

Positive: This property is not from this world. Located inside the backyard of a big apartment complex we first wondered what that was and what we were about to step into. Inside, we instantly felt super comfortable. The property is on three floors and brilliantly divided in a separate sleeping and living area. We could tell that a lot of passion and thought went into lovingly designing the interiors. In the bedroom downstairs we found a big bed with an extraordinarily comfortable mattress and a great second bedroom. Upstairs we found the living area with kitchen and all amenities you could possibly imagine. As mentioned, HOSPITALITY IS IN THE DETAILS. Unlike most other properties where you find a Nespresso machine with counted coffee pads - because it is a must have - this property has a Nespresso Machine BUT with an entire jar full with coffee pas. THIS MADE MY DAY ! A nice Wine Welcome pack with the basics for our stay. The gran piano made my kids a entertainment. The host Zoe was super reactive to our questions, and seems to be a very nice lady. I hardly ever give 10/10 but this property deserves it.
