Positive: Apartment is very central, close to public transport stations and it's nicely spacious. It was decently clean, well heated.

Negative: The flat is in need of some maintenance: in one bedroom some drawers were falling apart when opened, and in one of the bathrooms the electricity kept tripping up, leaving us in the dark. The breaker could be easily reset in the electrical panel, but it felt unsafe. The area gets very noisy at night, but the bedrooms are not facing the main road so that's fine, it however also gets a bit sketchy and rowdy.

Positive: The apartment was very nice, clean and location is also very near to the metro station..

Negative: The only issue I faced was to find the exact location. The mentioned address is different from the actual apartment location.. Somehow I found the owner of the apartment with the help of a person in the restaurant at the given address. I had to wait for around 30-40 mins to find the owner.. Rest everything was perfect..

Negative: Not enough hot water for 2 normal length showers. Could do with a few more hangers for clothes.
