Positive: The apartment was ok, clean and comfortable, the area was poor although in a new development area. The host, Mr Omar, was a nice man, he was very helpful and provided things I needed for the kitchen. He was quick to get things fixed and make my stay more pleasant. He gave me a lift to the airport which was very helpful. The price was reasonable and Omar gave me a discount on tax.

Negative: The apartment was located in a rather poor area. The new development area was not known well and difficult for taxis and guests to find the addresses.

Negative: The area and the building where the appartement located is bad, kids playing football just behind the window till late night, and the stairs of the building smells bad and dirty. The bathroom smells bad. Wifi connection is weak.

Positive: The landlord was very enthusiastic, but he made a mistake when calculating the exchange rate. Maybe the locals are not good at math. He came quickly after I arrived and was very welcoming, but I booked his other apartment first and was told that I couldn't move in.

Negative: The network in the room was not good. I don’t know why there were ten points. There were cockroaches in the public area. After staying for two days, I moved to Tangier city.
