Positive: Clean and great kitchen with everything one needs if you also wanna cook at home mircowave, stove, water cooker etc. Also hairdryer in the bathroom etc. so great with all the details

Negative: The floor was really cold and in general, the isolation/warmth of the room wasn't the best. I would recommend bringing house shoes. The couch bed apparently wasnt that comfy but thats expected.

Positive: Very clean appartament, good location. Bed and sofa bed matresses were comfy. Good and fast communication with host via messages.

Negative: Bad shape of all the pillows provided for sleeping. Please check those since we only stay one night, we could not tell to host to change since we just notice during bed time (late to text). Since we noticed good communication with the host, if we have stay another day, i am sure she would have done something to fix it. We felt a lot of noise from the people outside, example as people taking out/in bikes/staff or pulling garbage bin containers in the street also lightings that sometimes were turned on outside, since appartment is located in ground floor, we could hear everything and noticed the lights being on/off and again. However, no fault of the appartement since it is outside of it, but we had difficulties to get a good sleep/ rest for next day trip continuation.

Positive: I had a nice stay overall. This is a real apartment, not studio, well equipped, nothing I needed was missing, everything worked, and it was clean, so it was definitely a good stay and good value for money. It is located on the ground floor of an apartment building located in a short of alley in a very green residential area. It is ideal if you are traveling by car (it seems easy to park on the street) or even better if you have bicycles. There is also a small playing ground nearby - for younger kids, as well as a park. The owner/manager was very helpful with all the instructions she sent beforehand. Nice job.

Negative: It's not really on the apartment, but it was a little far from the tram station (a little less than 1 km, thankfully the weather was fine!) and although the area looks 100% safe, I, as a solo woman traveller admit to being a scaredy cat, which led me to actively try to get back before dark every evening. But, I would have absolutely no problem with the otherwise beautiful location if I was not alone or if I did not have to rely on the tram - so there's that.

Positive: The position was very good and it was good having parking directly in front of the building.

Negative: Someone started rolling the bins outside at 6,30 am. Which woke us up. The windows only open wide not on the slant.
