Positive: Perfect location within Albert, central to Town centre (for Bars & Restaurants) and the Supermarkets. The property is well located to access the WW1 Somme Battlefield sites. The Property is well equipped with all that is needed for a comfortable stay (including an internet TV). The upstairs toilet is very useful as there is a downstairs bathroom. Jose is a wonderful host. Useful to have a washing machine in the property

Negative: There is little that could be done to make this property better! An uplighter downstairs to soften the light in the evening. The stairs were slightly steeper than I was used to BUT Jose showed me the additional work he is doing to add an additional downstairs bedroom

Positive: To be honest it was excellent and would recommend to anyone, Host Jose is fabulous, offered us a beer and showed us round, home made Pate was superb! immaculately clean and comfortable furnishings. Location is great for the WW1 Battlefields with the key places in very easy reach. Supermarket just round the corner and kitchen well equipped if you mix a few meals with self catering. If you're in two minds, book this one as you won't regret it at all.

Summary: Great host, perfectly situated for a tour of The Somme, immaculately clean and great facilities.

Positive: This well appointed, clean, comfortable and large two bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential suburb with its own parking. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the host, José. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Positive: Jose the owner met us at the location to hand over the keys. He is a very nice person and very happy to help. We were there for a specific reason to go to the WW1C battlefields. In that respect it is excellently situated. The area is lovely and well worth a visit.

Negative: There was nothing not to like!

Positive: Jose is the kindest host I have ever met! I messaged him from the railway station & he came out in his car to find us, drove us to the house, showed us round & offered to drive us to the nearest supermarket! The house itself is very comfortable indeed. Everything is there that you could need. Beds were super comfy. Quiet, residential neighbourhood, 15 minutes easy walk into Albert centre, where there's a choice of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. We hired two electric bikes from the Tourist Office to get around. The broadband worked fine. The shower was good. Plenty of towels, loo roll, dishwasher tablets, etc. If I'm ever back in the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
