Positive: Great rental, lovely design, extremely well equipped and even more than expected, very comfortable for all of us (5 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog). Hosts contacted us before and were very welcoming. They sent intro videos so we knew exactly where to find everything. They were available by phone/text as needed and even checked in with us to ensure all was going well. Location is good, nice walk on the river and some restaurants/shops can be in walking distance depending on peoples mobility.

Negative: No negatives, just some small recommendations. Such a large common space could use a bigger comfier couch, though the one there is very nice. Labels on the garbage/recycling/compost would be good as we were a little lost.

Summary: Super design, comfortable and welcoming!

Positive: the place is amazing, lots of room and the kitchen is very well prepared. Antoine even gave us lots of introductionary videos so we could find everyhing, and was quick to respond when needed. Overall we had a lovely stay in this calm town.

Negative: We were with 8 people and unfortunately the table was damaged so we couldn't extend it. There were two seats at the counter in the kitchen so we made do with that :)

Positive: The spaces are all beautiful! Fun, Art Deco, Mid century Modern Decor with nods to Bauhaus. Kitchen open and well equipped. Excellent Espresso machine. Wine cooler, oven, microwave and fridge make a longer stay convenient.View of Meuse from the Balcony is a nice plus. 4 delightful bedrooms. Bluetooth speakers, projector and record player are relaxing additions. My kids enjoyed the lofted “tree house” bedroom with bath on the 3rd level but it would make a great 2nd master also. Easy Access to Namur, Veves Castle, Dinant, Leffe, even Chimey Orval and Rockfort are about an hour each if your doing a Trappist Beer Tour as we were:) every thing Excellent! Highly recommended
