Positive: Great place for a week-long long stay. All the comforts of home, except a dryer, but David provides a drying rack. Dryers are not really a thing in Europe. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, and it could go for a little update on utensils. Comfortable living room, no furniture on the balcony, but we just put 2 dining chairs out to sit in. Washing machine was convenient. Also he has small ice packs on the freezer. When I'm in Paris, I love to travel with a small backpack and stop by a fromage shop and pick up some cheese, bread and wine for an impromptu picnic. The cold packs were brilliant! It is not close to the center of Paris but is in a cute neighborhood. I sat at a patisserie for 3 hours, just enjoying the vibe. Grocery store, cheese shop, patisserie all close. If you don't do stairs their is another path down to the town just to the right of the stairs. Once we headed to our activities we usually stayed out until the wee hours, no back and forth to the apartment. David was very detailed and attentive during our stay. He gives clear instructions on getting into the apartment. The apartment is huge and the pics are spot on.

Negative: I'd love some curtains. Long nights in Paris make for late sleep ins and boy is it bright. I travel with an eye mask. Kitchen utensils could be updated. There is no AC

Positive: Everything was perfect. Information given to find the apartment and the attention of the friendly owner David. Very confortable and clean. Decoration pretty good and cool. Building a bit creepy or charming (up to you)

Negative: After the stay i do not like receiving more messages from the owner just to suggest to be rated with the maximum score in Booking. That is neither elegant nor helpful for other potential guests.

Positive: The owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive! Nice, sunny appartment. Clean and comfortable, though bathroom and kitchen needs a little update, but it was a very good value for money. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Positive: Well located, clean, a few minutes walking from the line 11 that goes straight to the center. Nice and safe zone. Private parking. Supermarket nearby. Host that really take cares of the clients . We had a problem while checking in and he offered for a partial reimbursement

Negative: It needs to be refurbished a bit. The host said it had recently a water leak and committed to repair. The door not closing well.

Positive: Proper, well organized, spacious appartement. The host is so kind and willing to help a lot.

Negative: Although we did not use it a lot, kitchen materials could have been newer. I know that it is hard to keep them in the appartement if they are new and good, but it is kind of dilemma. Change also please the plastic table cover and the blanket on the couch. Those are looking so unprofessional.
