Positive: An absolutely fantastic location! A 30-minute-walk to the Eiffel Tower, a bus stop right in front of the house - bus goes to the Tower, as well, just a few stops. 2 metro stations and a RER (train) station within a few-minute-walk, too. With RER 22 minutes to Versailles! 2 patisseries a butcher's, 2 restaurants/cafes, 2 supermarkets within a 50-metre-distance. The supermarkets (Carrefour & Lidl) are open every day. Host communicates well in English, keys are easy to collect, the apartment is nice, clean, the bed and sofa comfortable. Host flexible, he let us collect our luggage hours after we had left the apartment, hence, we did not need to bother with a storage!

Negative: Please, note that there is some noise coming from the street, however, the bedroom faces the courtyard (not the street). I slept on the sofa in the living room, with earplugs no issues. Also, the wooden floor of the neighbour living above the apatment, is squeaky, so we could hear them walking around and shifting objects on the floor. Luckily, this noise ceases at around midnight and doesn't usually restart before 8 am. Another issues is the super narrow lift. If you are not fit enough to climb up to the 4th floor and, at the same time, oversized, you virtualy might not be able to squeeze yourself in the lift and get to the apartment! Other than some noise and the narrow lift - no issues, so I can warmly recommend this superbly located nice and clean apartment!

Positive: Very nice and comfortable flat. All rooms were stylish and good looking. Everything was clean. In the kitchen we even found some snacks for breakfast.
