Positive: The property is spacious and has a huge potential if given some attention to details . The beds are comfortable.

Negative: When one enters the property it appears to be cleaned however 1- we were given previously used soap bars that were dumped in the basket of hairdryer. I binned those and bought a new hand wash . 2- in the other basket there were used bottles with little or nothing left shampoo that I binned too . That basket has hair in it . 3- there was very little liquid in the dishwashing bottle . Same with washing liquid. I bought some as our clothes needed washing after the quad bike ride. 4- there was no working hover or floor mop. The sponge for dishwashing was used and in the basket with other used clothes and chemicals. 5- the drawers were not cleaned and had belongings of previous guests . And full of other clutter . 6- there were wet residue imprints on tv screen and the extractor. 7- only mirror was the cupboard door or in bathroom. 8- there was a language barrier. I didn’t know French and the owner didn’t know English. There were communication issues. 9- property is closer to M avenue and one needs a taxi ( 3 persons in small taxi) to go to old medina , and fares are not fixed . 10- there is no lift so be mindful if have luggage.

Summary: Spacious property, good beds , very basic cleaniness , not a central location. Need to know French for communication.
