Positive: For the first sight it was nice. Nice wall decors, clean bathroom, towels and bed sheets. Large terrace, washing machine, dishwasher, comfy bed, large sink in barhroom, nice lamps.comfy large sitting on terrace. 15mins brisk walk to the beach (may or may not be an issue for some if you don't know the area).
Negative: Very laud street (up to midnight hours during the week) so if you like to sit on terrace and have a nice evening chill, it was not possible. You couldn't hear yourself when talking on the phone. I was missing any cotton cloth and kitchen towels in the kitchen for drying the dishes or hands (for short stays you just dont use dishwasher), there were ants coming from behind the standing mirror in the living room, A/C would need proper cleaning, it was doing weird noise and definitely was dusty. I was missing larger mirror where you can see full body so you can check yourself before leaving etc, smelly small pillows on additional bed in bedroom, you could smell them when entered the bedroom, like different smell of someone else, smell of other ppl I found out it was smell of sweat on them, I would throw them out they were with no cover sheets. Dirty windows to the terrace it was like not cleaned forever, never seen this before in any accommodation. I would add some cushions on plastic terrace furniture.
Summary: For short stay it's ok, i stayed for two nights and it was fine. I would give it 3out of 5 stars in overall. What I

Positive: Staying at Vittoria House was pleasant. There was plenty of space, and a kitchen and fridge were available, although we didn’t do any cooking. There were a few imperfections, but nothing worth complaining about. We were surprised by the fee for trash, which wasn’t included in the price, even though we took out the trash ourselves. We found dishes in the dishwasher on about the 4th day, which hadn’t been unloaded. It might be a good idea to replace the shower curtain, the clothes drying rack, and properly secure the curtain rod, which kept falling down. The blinds couldn’t be raised either. The balcony was great 👌🏼 and the distance to the sea was within 1.5 km. There were supermarkets and dining options nearby. Overall, I’d rate the surrounding streets negatively, as there was trash everywhere, which makes me wonder about the trash fee, though I don’t blame the accommodation for this. The owner was accommodating. We arrived quite late due to a flight delay, and he allowed us access even after 10:00 PM. I definitely recommend it, but I would lower the price of the accommodation. I expected a bit more. We enjoyed our vacation, the sea is beautiful, the beaches are not perfect, but they were okay. Dining was cheaper than I expected. My rating is 8 out of 10 😊.

Positive: The place is nice and spacious. A king size bed and twin bed in the bedroom. The living room’s sofa bed is comfortable too.
Negative: Host is not very welcoming or eager to answer questions. It took begging over 6taxi drivers and 2 cab companies to take us to and from the airport. It’s only a 15min drive away from the airport but there are no taxis or trains close by to this area and host does not help with suggestions. Regardless of how it says this is an additional service option under its description. No website for this place as it looks more like a Airbnb. Tourists beware that you do have to be able to call the host’s Italian phone number/not WhatsApp to be able to get into the building. I would not recommend this place to someone traveling alone on vacation for the obstacles getting in and out, plus in a suburban area with little to no help or anything around (About a 30min walk away from local beach that looked ok). Unless this is a solo traveler looking to stay for an extended amount of time, like renting to live there and learn Italian, as there is an adult learning school close by. I’d recommend this place for a couple or small family that has a secure means of transportation and need a comfortable apartment near the airport for a night or two.
Summary: Not for vacation. Good place for immersion/rent.
