Positive: We were met by the host and assisted us with our luggage. explained and demonstrated everything to us. They regularly contacted us to check if we require any assistance or support. Map was prepared and provided to. The host helped us so much that we did not have any problems settling into a new environment. They even provided us with the washing Machine liquid and umbrellas. They thought about everything to ensure our comfort. The apartment is located close to the town centre. An amazing apartment and hosts that take a great effort to ensure guests comfort and support. Double beds in both bedrooms - very comfortable.

Negative: We loved our apartment.

Summary: Most comfortable stay in the magical Cartona.

Positive: The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is modern and the shower has plenty of space and hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated having the washer and lines to hang our clothes in the utilityroom. We felt there was plenty of closet space and drawer space and we were there for 10 nights. Very homey and with the charm of Cortona. Our hosts were fabulous and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area as well as restaurants to try. Carlos met us at the train station and gave us and our luggage a ride to the door of the apartment. We were so grateful! They also checked in with us to make sure we had all we needed throughout our stay. They were wonderful!! It's a perfect location for a stay in Cortona.

Negative: We do not have anything that we didn't like. It was a perfect place for our stay.
