Positive: The house was perfect for 4 of us for a weekend, very well equipped with everything you might need. Super helpful to be able to do washing! The parking was also easy to get into and find, and the ferry port is easy to walk to. Vittorio was so incredibly helpful and lovely! All his recommendations were fantastic - particularly the local pizza spot up the hill, the pasta restaurant on the lake in Griante, and the aperitivo / wine bar in Tremezzo. All round wonderful!! Could not recommend it more :)

Positive: Vittorio is a great host. From the very start (booking) to arrival and during our stay it was very easy to communicate. Vittorio was always ready to help. Upon arrival we got a very detailed introduction to the area and its main attractions, all the recommendations we got for food, visiting places, parking, etc. were great and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has everything you need. It is all new and all items there are very stylish. The views from the windows and from the terrace are gorgeous. Each morning we were finding on our fence a bag with tasty "welcome croissants". The location of the apartment is just great: you feel to be close to all the excitement of Lake Como and at the same time you see the mountains with a beautiful church up there; the minimart store is just two minute walk on a quiet street - and it has all the tasty foods you wish. Two minute walk downhill - you are at the lake, at the bus stop, at the ferry terminal, at the beach and at the start of a Greenway - a picturesque passage along the lake via the towns surrounding the lake. It was just a great stay and we all dream to be back.
