Positive: Although listed as a 1 bed property, it is more like a 2 bed as the second bedroom is up a flight of stairs and can be made completely separate. Great central location. Nice to have breakfast at a local bar included. Nice soft towels.

Negative: We didn’t have communication from the host before arrival. In fact it was very easy to collect the keys as he owns a bar which is only about a 2 minute walk away, but we did not know this before hand. Patch of black mold visible from upstairs bedroom.
