Positive: Plenty of spaces to choose to stay in as a group or alone for multiple days (the kitchen, two nice green terraces/balconies, the living room), very secluded without a sound from the neighbors.

Negative: The water heats up a little slow and does not get very hot. Also the advertised 6 separate beds was not the arrangement we found the apartment in when checking in (5 beds).

Summary: Great space/privacy/value for a few days in Milan.

Positive: This is one of the best apartments that we have ever rented. Barbara is an amazing person with great taste and even greater care for her guests. Our children loved the place, the pizzeria downstairs, and the park nearby. We loved the all-star kitchen with a small seating in the open, a complimentary bottle of wine, and a selection of brilliant coffee pods. There are more than enough of everything in the house, including towels, napkins, candies, sheets, and the star of the place, a wide selection of beautiful books.

Positive: Barbara was a very welcoming host who had ensured ample stock of all things that we could need. The charming kitchen and terrace made us feel like we are locals living in a home. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, but with all essential groceries, restaurants, and even a pharmacy in very near vicinity.
