Positive: View was fantastic. Quiet, except for adjoining guests. Host was great with communication after check in. Free washing machine (see below). Warm shower (see below). Good price for location. Lots of blankets available. Tre Crime was 90 minutes away (make sure you have your parking pass ahead!)

Negative: I hardly ever write reviews, but I would have appreciated knowing the following before I booked this nonrefundable accommodation: There are no sheets/towels included. You can rent for 15 euro per person by talking with the host. There is a tourist tax not included. 1 euro per 13+yo per night. Shower is incredibly small and bathroom does smell. Shared washing machine was in a locked utility closet outside. Parking was not at the unit but nearby in a free lot. Kitchen was extremely rustic. Host was very nice when we connected. But I wish I had read these notes on a review before booking.

Positive: Location was beautiful, balcony doors open to a lovely dolomite mountain view. Host was very prompt on communication.

Negative: The shower was the smallest I have ever used. The bathroom at times got smelly, from drainage pipes not properly vented. I may have missed it in the description, but there was a 15 euro surcharge per person to get sheets and towels. I did not appreciate surprise. If they enlarge the shower, fix the bathroom smelly pipes, and be up front about the sheets and towel costs I would give it full marks.

Summary: Beautiful Mountain View, but has some things to improve on.

Positive: we spent a fantasitc four days in the appartement, it was very well equipped, warm and clean. The hosts were always reachable and very kind. I woudl recommend to everybody

Positive: We occupied the apartment for 6 people on the ground floor as four people for one week in August. Accommodation equipment is standard, as we are probably all used to in the mountains, except for bed sheets, which must be brought from home. Communication with the owner was good and fast via Whatsapp. About 6 km from the accommodation there is a shop and a restaurant where you can park your car very easily. The best thing about this house is its location. All the beautiful places are close by car. Don't expect fast internet here due to the surrounding hills, but we don't come here for internet, do we? Considering that we did not go to the Dolomites for the accommodation, but for the nature, we are overall very satisfied and wish the owner much success and satisfied clients.
