Positive: This is the coziest and cleanest guesthouse we have ever stayed in. Every detail is carefully thought out—even the blankets are down-filled—making it feel like it was prepared for a family. Nothing feels half-hearted or just for show. The host was very warm and welcoming; when we arrived after dark, she was waiting for us at the door. There were eight of us in total, and everyone was completely satisfied. It’s not the most luxurious place, but it’s the most genuine and heartfelt—truly made us feel at home.

Positive: The apartment is very nice , warm and practical. It is in fact far nicer in reality than in the pictures . Quiet , away from traffic. We were driving about 24 minutes to Arraba ski terminal so that was also very convenient

Negative: I was very reluctant initially to book a ground floor but this one is actually more convenient, same views and easy access to the parking

Positive: Everything at this apartment was excellent – for so many years of traveling we have never been to a cleaner place like this one!!!! You have absolutely everything you may need during a long stay (8 nights for us). The washing machine and dishwasher were really very helpful and one can really relax during his vacation. Daniela and her husband were sooo nice and friendly people, too. The view from our balcony was unforgettable!!! The location is perfect to travel around and all the interesting and touristic places in the Dolomites are fast accessible by car. Definitely highly recommended, you will never regret your decision to stay here for your Dolomites visit!!!!
