Escape to our warm 51m2 apartment in Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe! You'll love our lovely property, conveniently located so that you can discover the incredible Espace Diamant, only 300m away. You'll have access to over 150 pistes spread out over 190km, providing excellent pistes for skiers of all skill levels. When you're not skiing, try snowmobiling, heliskiing, dog-sledding, or skating. In the evening, check out some of the fun après-ski activities or enjoy a wonderful meal at one of the local restaurants. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 6 guests, but can sleep 8!
Our apartment has 3 BEDROOMS. There are 1 or 2 bedrooms with 1 Double bed and the remaining bedrooms with either 2 Single beds or 1 Bunk bed each. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. You'll find a Trundle bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens for free.
Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided, but are available on-site for €8/kit. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge.
After skiing, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy your favourite French shows on our cable TV. In the early evening, step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the fresh air. Wi-Fi is available for €8/day for those that wish to connect with friends back home.
In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite drip coffee machine.
There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Les Belles Roches where our apartment is conveniently located. These include the on-site spa (available for an additional charge) and the shared indoor pool. Indoor parking is available for €25/week (subject to availability).
If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €12/night. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300, a small daily eco-tax, and a small daily tourist tax, charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for an additional fee starting from €62.

If you need to brush up on your ski skills, there’s a ski school 250m away. For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder.
