It has a master bedroom with double bed, room with two beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and open kitchen, equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, next to the Cathedral of "Good Shepherd", very close to the beach of La Concha and the Old Town. Three minutes walk from the bus and train. It has been recently refurbished. First floor of a building with elevator. Summary: We had the best time and the best experience here. The host went above and beyond to book us a private boat experience with Luis, and it was the highlight of our trip. Sailing from San Sebastian to France was amazing! Will stay here again- next time we will bring our kids.

Summary: Mikel and his brother in law, Anders were most helpful with apt. entry, parking and recommendations both in the neighborhood and beyond. They were very responsive to every question I had. The apartment was spaceous and clean. Some parts of it were a little tired in wear but all was functional. The apt. is not air conditioned but it is very cool. The listing states it has a dryer but it only has a washer...so leave time for your clothes to hang on the line. It is quiet as it faces the back courtyard but residents sometimes hang out in the courtyard and you can hear them. The neighborhood is central and San Sebastián is small so it is very easy to walk everywhere. My only suggestion would be to leave some basics in the apt like tea or coffee for guests in the morning. Maybe laundry detergent. I travel with my own but I suspect not everyone does. All of this is not necessary but it would be a nice touch. I would stay here again.
