Positive: It is clean, walking distance to the place we needed to visit, near a shop, friendly owner. You have to consider that for chek-in you need to fulfil an additional form, but this was no problem for us. Have rented the place already several times. As this apartment is actually one apartment built into two, the bigger one has lots of windows you can open. Extremely lot of light during the day. And for a larger family, renting both of them is like living in a same place. Used also this option. As a welcoming gift we got toothbrush, showergel etc. Chek-in is using a keybox. No need to schedule the meeting with the owner. Good for late arrivals also. We had no trouble finding the keybox. Ther is AC and wifi. Parking right next to the entrance

Negative: Those are the issues you should consider, but were not problems for us. If the windows are open traffic noise can be heard. Renting just one apartment hopefully your neighbours are peaceful, otherwise if both apartments open the window to balcony, everything can be heard. We had very ok neighbours. We hope we did not make much noise with kids to our neighbours. Yes there is a dog nearby who sometimes makes some barks during the night, but we rarely heard it.

Summary: All good! Have already rented it twice and would do it again.

Positive: Its cozy but bit smaller apartment. It has everything necessary, good beds, window blinds, clean and small bathroom. It has grocery shop just few meters nearby. And free parking next to apartment.

Negative: Some of the light bulbs were burned out and not replaced. Also kitchen light was not working. Freezer was full of frost so impossible to use. Its seems that bigger apartment was split by wall into two smaller apartments. So its quite noisy from other apartment if somebody else is having intercourse in the night and you want to sleep.

Summary: Nice apartment in Rakvere, but might be noisy from neighbours

Positive: Cheap, easy to find and drive and parking.

Negative: The bed was small for two, 120 cm wide and already quite worn. The sheet was also small and did not stay in place while sleeping. There were few dishes, e.g. only one wine glass, and a plate of bread. There were no hand towels in the toilet.

Summary: Suitable eco accommodation for one.
