Positive: The location was central within walking distance from the attractions.

Negative: I booked this place with the understanding that it provided laundry services as I was on a long trip. You cannot use the laundry without paying and it’s only possible during the day. But how can I do the laundry during the day when I m sightseeing. This was completely unreasonable. The faculty was also old and the beds were together. If you have a heavy suitcase, be careful cause you’ll need to carry it up the stairs. When we were in Salzburg, the weather was so hot and the rooms didn’t have ACs. The owner doesn’t speak English which complicates things further.

Summary: Fun trip below average accommodation.

Positive: Good communication and clear instructions. Bed very comfortable. Free parking on site.

Negative: Kitchen facilities poor, a motley collection of crockery and glasses. Cleaniness not up to scratch and apartment generally in need of some TLC. Traffic noise is a problem especially first thing, I would reccomend bring a fan so you can shut window in warm weather, there wasn't a fan supplied.

Summary: Disappointing apartment but an ideal location to explore Salzburg.

Negative: The whole apartment was empty. They could have given any other room which were being shown in the photos of the building. But we were given room with smallest rooms. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The room was different to what we're in the images.

Negative: Extremely poor Wi-Fi which was super annoying with planning our 'next day' excursions No hair dryer supplied
