Negative: The apartment cannot be found based on the address and GPS. In addition, there is no sign or inscription for apartments (common in all surrounding apartments). You have to call the phone number and then guess which of the people next to the street (usually dozens of them) is your host who is welcoming you. The biggest surprise was the request of the host to go to the tourist office on our own to register and pay the tourist tax!! Many things from the ads of this apartment are fake. The apartment is much smaller than advertised (cc 30m2 Vs 35m2). Everything is very small and narrow. Parking spaces (each apartment has its own parking space) are so narrow that when the parking lot is fully occupied it is almost impossible to get out of the car. If you are in the highest apartment all cars are parked in front of your door. As well as a large garbage can used by all apartments. Although they advertise in the apartment there is no tumble dryer, coffee maker, toiletries, bathrobes, ... Of course there is no swimming pool mentioned in the ad either. Cleanliness should be at a higher level. We found half-washed dishes in the cabinets. In the shower mold and clogged drain. Wi-Fi on the "beach" is not available (from router in the highest apartment). The "beach" is concrete (not paved as written in the ad) and each apartment has its own set of 2 deck chairs and umbrella. The host do not care at all who is on the beach and it can easily happen that there are dozens of people, friends and acquaintances of guests from other apartments. Usually with small kids. So don't count on peace on the "beach" There is a lot potential for them to be really nice and pleasant place to stay in, but it still takes a lot of effort.
